Terms of Service

These terms are set by SIA Project Nidos (Reg. No. 40203751563, Riga, Latvia) — "we". They apply when you use projectnidos.eu, and to the services we provide alongside the service agreement for each project. Where the service agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

The website describes our services and prices. It is information, not an offer: a contract is formed only by a signed service agreement.

You may use the website for any lawful purpose. Do not try to break or overload it, get around its security, or reach parts that are not meant for you — the sign-in area is for Project Nidos staff only.

The text, design, diagrams and other content of the website are ours unless marked otherwise. You are welcome to link to any page.

We provide six implementation practices:

• CRM implementation
• Sales process automation
• Customer service automation
• Warehouse or accounting system integration
• AI solutions for specific processes
• E-commerce and payment integration

A project starts with a paid discovery that maps your process and fixes the scope. The service agreement then sets out the functions, integrations, number of users, timeline and acceptance criteria. Anything outside that scope is agreed in a written change request before we do it.

You give us access to the systems involved, your data in a usable state, and a contact person who can make decisions.

We implement systems. We do not give legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice; where a project touches those questions, check the result with your own advisers.

• The prices on our pricing page are indicative starting prices for the European market, not an offer. The final price is set after discovery and fixed in the service agreement.
• All prices are in euros and exclude VAT, software licences, third-party API costs, payment service provider fees and travel expenses.
• Data migration, data cleansing and manual classification are priced separately. For AI projects, model costs, API usage, data storage and human oversight are defined separately.
• An advance payment of 30–50% is due before a project starts. Other payment terms are set in the service agreement.
• Support subscriptions set their hours, response times and severity levels in the service agreement.

Most projects build on software from other companies — CRM, helpdesk, e-commerce, accounting and AI platforms. You license that software from its provider, and the provider's own terms and prices apply. We choose and configure it with care, but we are not responsible for its availability, changes or pricing.

The data in your systems stays yours. We use it only to deliver the work you have asked for, under the data processing agreement in your service agreement — see our GDPR page. How we handle our own contacts' data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of SIA Project Nidos is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or regulatory fines. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either party may end an ongoing service, such as a support subscription, with 30 days' written notice, unless the service agreement says otherwise. We may end it immediately in the event of a material breach.

When a service ends, we return or delete your data as the data processing agreement sets out.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any dispute is heard by the courts of Latvia.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the current version. A change does not alter a service agreement already signed.
