Every practice has a defined scope and a starting price. The figures on this page apply to the European market and are indicative — the final price depends on process complexity, data quality and the actual scope, which the paid discovery fixes.
The prices on this page are set for the European market. For projects in Latvia we agree pricing individually at a meeting, taking into account the scope of the work, the complexity of the systems and local market conditions. The content and scope of the services are the same.

How we work
Discovery before implementation.
We start with a free 20-minute call. If the work is a fit, the next step is a paid digitalisation discovery — from EUR 900 — ending in a process map, problem list, priorities, a solution plan and an indicative implementation estimate. Discovery can be credited against the implementation project.

Maintenance and optimisation in the European market: EUR 700–8,000 per month depending on the number of systems, support hours and response times.

Up to ten hours, minor changes, a monthly review and optimisation recommendations.

Terms
What the price does not include.
- Prices exclude VAT, licences, third-party API costs, payment service provider fees and travel expenses.
- The prices shown apply to the European market. For companies in Latvia, pricing is agreed individually at a meeting.
- A 30–50% advance payment applies before the project starts.
- Fixed-price projects define functions, integrations, user numbers and acceptance criteria.
- Additional work is approved through a written change request.
- Data migration, data cleansing and manual classification are priced separately.
- For AI projects, model costs, API usage, data storage and human oversight are defined separately.
- Support contracts define support hours, response times and severity levels.
